Sarah Silve

I am a designer and maker of contemporary silversmithing and jewellery, based on the south coast near Brighton. In my silversmithing, I am primarily a fabricator.

Within my work, I often look to combine materials’ to elevate the impact of the objects when in use. Wood and solid surface materials such as Corian appeal to me. The latter in particular has the ability to be thermo-formed. As such, I am interested in materiality and step changes in processes; which also encompasses laser materials processing and casting.
